Planetary Annihilation Gameplay Summary:

A very long Planetary Annihilation match with lots of teleporters

Planetary Annihilation Lessons, Tips, and Tricks (spoilers)

Being the first player to get to another planet can give a huge advantage. It allows players to tap into vast, easily defended economy.

When you gain control of an entire planet, set fabricators to build metal extractors over the entirety of the planet. Set several groups to do this as their build orders will overlap each other and the entire process will go faster.

With orbital, use interplanetary nukes.

Also, build anti-nukes. Interplanetary Nukes must circle round the planet making them easy to intercept.

A great invasion technique is to send a bunch of orbital fabricators at once to quickly build a teleporter. When you send units through, quickly get your units away from the teleporter as nuking an enemy teleporter is one of the best defenses to teleporters.

Setting your commander on an area patrol is one of the best ways to protect it against laser satellites.

Late game, always protect your commander(s) with anti-nuke launchers to protect against double nuke snipe.

Storage can be very helpful with fluctuating economies. Energy storage is particularly helpful when you rely heavily on bombers and/or defensive structures since they consume energy while firing.
