Planetary Annihilation Lessons, Tips, and Tricks (spoilers)

Bombers are more valid now, particularly in the early game, as they can survive against a single anti-air unit.

Early radar is an excellent investment so you can spot incoming raiding units so you can protect your fabricators.

Getting early fabricator kills is a very big win.

If you have a lake next to your base, get in the water. You really do not want to have your opponent gain control of that lake and destroy your base.

Building on trees slows down your building process, but gains your metal. So that can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your metal income.

Don’t neglect air. Bombers can be extremely helpful at thinning out incoming attacks as well as destroying outlying expansions.

Attacking multiple places at once is the best way to keep your opponent on their toes and defending rather than attacking. Planetary Annihilation is on a sphere after all. We can always just go around.

Giving fabricators and combat fabricators a patrol command in a group of factories is a great way to assist factories.

Never stop expanding. As a general rule, whoever manages to have a larger economy wins the match.

Never stop scouting. Scout the backside of the planet to find your opponent’s unguarded metal extractors.

Walls are cheap and quick to build. Always build them around your defensive structures to greatly increase their effectiveness.
